  • -Trauma Informed Practice: recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and its potential effects on individuals, focusing on creating safe, supportive and empowering environment to facilitate healing & recovery

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): a counselling method that helps individuals resolve ambivalence & find their own motivation for behaviour change by fostering a collaborative, empathetic & client-centered approach
